Anderson Mill and Museum Volunteer and Membership Information
Our organization has a wonderful program of local history, gardening, and wildlife-watching to share with you and we would love to have you take part in our activities. We offer monthly luncheons with interesting speakers, open houses with museum tours, and more. Please consider becoming a member by joining our group!
Our members are the heart and soul of our organization. They are traditionally people interested in our area’s local cultural and natural history who want to actively participate in our community programs.
Become a Volunteer
Do you have time to donate? Weekdays? Weekends or evenings? We have many social activities and programs that need volunteer support.
Volunteers are interested in our history and activities but may be unable to help with weekday luncheons. Many volunteers serve as docents at our open houses on the 4th Sunday, while others choose to contribute their time by working on the mill, millpond, landscaping, they generally find their own ways to contribute, be it stitching on our annual Scholarship Quilt or sharing wisdom from years of experience. They also receive our Anderson Mill electronic newsletter
